Simon Mtuy realizes his long standing dream of running around the base of Mount Kilimanjaro.

In 2012, a small group of ultra runners helped put trail running on the map in Tanzania. They also helped Simon Mtuy realize his long standing dream of running around the base of Mount Kilimanjaro.
These athletes ran 160 Miles in eight days, through deep tropical valleys, high mountain ridge lines and across open plains. The five international and five local Tanzanian endurance athletes became the first people to circumnavigate the tallest free standing mountain in the world on foot.

For the past decade, Andrew King and the D4 Productions team of young adventure sport athlete slash film makers have been helping cool people doing cool things to tell their story.
Whether capturing the essence of the moment in a still photograph or producing an online or broadcast documentary film, D4 Productions has adventure, travel, endurance and action sports at its very core.
