VIMFF TRAIL RUNNING NIGHT

Put one foot in front of the other and make your way to the Pacific Cinematheque to enjoy our night of trail running.

“Why do you run?” It’s a question that every runner has been asked by the sedentary. It’s also a question every runner asks themselves when faced with adversity in training and racing. Come hear Adam Campbell discuss the ultra state of mind needed to overcome the challenges of running.

Rich Wheater knows a thing or two about trail running in Vancouver; he’s written a guidebook.  We think you’ll enjoy story behind how he was inspired to produce this guide, and how gruelling the actual production was.

The three films that are part of the evening will surely get your pulse up:

5 Races, 5 Continents
