Arnaud Petit and Stephanie Bodet attempt to free climb a line they originally bolted thirteen years earlier on the Grand Capucin, a magnificent granite pillar perched at 3800 meters in the heart of the Mont Blanc range. The climbing couple confronts delicate and difficult climbing made even more extreme by the altitude and unstable weather. This 450-meter line with an 8b crux is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful and hardest high altitude routes in the Alps.
Bertrand Delapierre
Director and cameraman, Bertrand started filming extreme water and snow sports. Experienced mountaineer and snowboarder, his knowledge and his talent allowed him to share "the highest" altitudes with Marco Siffredi, the first snowboarder to descend Everest. He filmed the descent of Marco from Cho Oyu and other Himalayan peaks. Bertrand divides his time between advertising and documentaries for which he has obtained many awards at varied festivals.
