Eileen is a management consultant with a passion for adventure.  When she is not helping leaders empower teams to profitably benefit people and the planet, you can find her in the mountains. As a business leader, she has chaired numerous boards and committees, and speaks at conferences around the world. As an adventurer, she has explored mountains on five continents, with her next trip planned to Nepal for a sixth in May.
