Forest fires are a destructive natural phenomena which pose a great threat to both the human and natural world. In The Burn, we explore the depths of what is real, as skiers, Chris Rubens & Mike Henitiuk weave their way through an ever evolving forest fire & witness the true beauty of the cycle of life.
Director, Jeff Thomas
Jeff Thomas was born and raised in the coastal mountains of British Columbia, Canada. After graduating from film school he has spent the last decade focussed on action sports film making. Whether it was starting his own company Theory-3 Media and producing a variety of successful films, co-directing with Poor Boyz Productions or working on award winning films with Switchback Entertainment and Salomon Freeski TV, Jeff's creative drive for outdoor films will always remain his ultimate passion.
