We apologize to any VIMFF customers who were affected by the BC Hydro emergency power outage at our Climbing Show at RIO Theatre, please note that we are offering the following options for you:

1 - EXCHANGE your ticket for any VIMFF show from Feb 14-17 and get an EXTRA ticket to any show at no cost at the Centennial Theatre with your ticket. Now that's electrifying! Recommended shows: Nina Caprez has her presentation at the Swiss Climbing Show at Centennial Theatre on Friday, and Will Stanhope is presenting his climbing stories along with some great climbing films at the Finale at Centennial Theatre on Saturday.
How to exchange your ticket:
a/  If you bought your ticket in advance (on website, by phone, or at Centennial Theatre box office) call the Centennial Theatre box office (open 12noon-5pm Thu-Sat) at 604-984-4484, or email them at ctcboxoffice@northvanrec.com, give them your name and order number, along with the show(s) you'd like your two replacement tickets for. You will also be emailed by Centennial Theatre.
b/ If you bought your ticket at the door at Rio theatre, email tickets@vimff.org, and provide your name and the show(s) you'd like your two replacement tickets for.

2 - REFUND
a/ If you bought your ticket in advance (on website, by phone, or at Centennial Theatre box office) call the Centennial Theatre box office (open 12noon-5pm Thu-Sat) at 604-984-4484, or email them at ctcboxoffice@northvanrec.com, give them your name and order number and request a refund. You will also be emailed by Centennial Theatre.
b/ If you bought your ticket at the door at RIO theatre, email tickets@vimff.org, and provide your name and request a refund. We will get back to you in the next couple days and get you on a list for RIO Theatre to refund you.
